  4. 68882.PRG is a small patch for non-68LC040 users which fools the
  5. internal 68040 FPU into running 68882-compiled programs. This means
  6. a small drop in speed from what the 68040 FPU is normally capable of,
  7. but the performance is still typically 5-15 times that of a 16MHz
  8. 68882 external device. 68882.PRG should not be used with a 68LC040
  9. processor, as this has no internal FPU whatsoever.

  12. package, and has nothing to do with the ToolKit software itself.
